Born and educated in eastern Pennsylvania, Keith C Rogerson DMD of New London NH earned his undergraduate degree with distinction from the Pennsylvania State University and dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Following graduation from dental school, he performed his specialty training in oral in maxillofacial surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
Dr. Rogerson has been involved in dental education and the practice of oral surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center with appointments as Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the School of Dental Medicine and Assistant Professor of Surgery in the School of Medicine. He has conducted research and presented papers on the topics of dental implants, bone healing and bone plating techniques.
Dr. Rogerson is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of several state and national dental, oral surgery and anesthesiology societies.
In addition to his career in oral and maxillofacial surgery, he was an officer on active duty in the U.S. Army and recently retired as a colonel in the Army reserves.
